The Lake it Easy is a huge home remodeled and located close to several boat launches (Little Elm Park-5mi and Cottonwood Creek Marina-6 mi) for Lake Lewisville! A wonderful spot to stay at this nautical themed home. With a huge kitchen, dining room and outdoor eating areas, there is plenty of room for everyone. The evening fires make the end of a lake day special! The Elm Lake House is one of several homes owned and/or managed by Vacation Your Way!

A perfect place for a retreat to the lake- bring your boat - the public boat launch is nearby! Ping Pong anyone? Have some fun playing a few rounds! A beautiful Lake House Experience close to Lake Lewisville.

THE HOME:
Backyard is fantastic. Large open land (not fenced in) with a patio area with outdoor furniture and a great fire pit.

LAUNDRY - Washer and Dryer Available

KITCHEN - Large area with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, plates ,bowls, cups to cook a delightful meal. Full size: refrigerator/freezer oven and stove top, K-Cup Coffee maker and toaster. Dining table set in kitchen, also.

LAKE FOUNDATIONS: The foundation of this home has moved incredibly fast this year. We are aware and on a wait list to get this fixed. We apologize for uneven floors, floating doors and cracks- we plan on fixing as soon as we can.

SPARKLING CLEAN: We pride ourselves on providing a clean, sanitized space for your comfortable stay.

EFFORTLESS ARRIVAL: Settle in immediately with fresh linens and towels already provided.

WELCOME Short Term Rentals and Month-to-Month MidTerm Rentals! Ask your host for details for monthly rates.

This House is so cute!! Thought I was in a condo off of a Florida Beach. So cute!! Beautiful area, close to lake. Very clean!!! Host was great at responding!!! Very helpful

Thank you for the 5 star review! We absolutely love this lake house nearby Lake Lewisville! The beds are so comfortable and the driveways are long…so drive your truck and bring your boat – there are boat launches nearby!
