Kid-approved! Animals, Quiet Stay & Close to Dino Park
by AmandaWe had a short stay but enjoyed every minute. My kiddos loved all the animals, especially how friendly cats were. It was quiet and peaceful with an easy drive to downtown Hico as well as other surrounding small towns. Our main reason for coming was to visir Dinosaur Valley State Park and it was only 30 min drive. Kara was very helpful with all my questions and Jonathan the ranch hand was kind and patient with my kids during a morning animal feeding. Im glad the weather was cooler because there isn't AC (or at least we didnt see it) but it was lovely with the windows open. We only used the toaster but the kitchen was well equipped to make other meals, if you wanted. Hico was such a charming town and we will definitely be back.

Cozy Getaway with Comfy Beds and Great Amenities!
by MoonA very charming stay. Both queen beds were very comfortable and cozy. The ladder to the loft is a bit narrow for some people, but perfect if you do t have any issues climbing. All amenities were provided and we loved how the hot water in the shower lasted for several people taking back to back showers. Outside, we enjoyed the fire pit area, where we setup for photographing the night sky instead of lighting a fire. We would surely make s’mores by the fire next time we visit. I spotted some hammocks in the area, I would have loved to try one, but we didn’t have time.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable! This place had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed petting and feeding the animals. Would stay here again if in the area.

Check in is easy with a keypad and Kara quickly answered our messages. The tiny home has a kitchen with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $75 cancellation fee. However, if you book a reservation that begins within 13 days of the check-in date, it is non-refundable.
- If cancellation is 30+ days prior to your arrival date, you will be given a full refund minus the $75 cancellation fee.
- If cancellation is 14 or more days prior to your arrival day, we will refund 50% of the reservation total.
- If cancellation is 13 or less days prior to your arrival day, there is no refund.
- Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.
- We recommend travel insurance if you think your plans will change.

- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. - For Direct/Website Bookings: You must contact VYW by calling 888-796-8792 to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel on the website. We do not refund because you didn’t call or email INFO@VacationYourWay.co with this request.

Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events.
