by LydiaWe were going to a wedding and wanted somewhere cozy and safe to stay. The tiny home became our home away from home. Even though it was over 100° all weekend the A/C in the home was more than sufficient. Kara was quickly responsive to all my questions. The upper room became a huge clubhouse for my kids. All the beds were comfortable and the house was super clean and the area was quiet. If we ever are in the area again it will be a repeat stay for sure!

Cozy Retreat & Great for Hico Day Trips!
by ErinWe spent a weekend here, just exploring the area. This little house is very cozy! We were quite comfortable, and it's a great space for relaxing in between little day trips. My 4yo loved sleeping in the loft, which is thoughtfully decorated with kids in mind. She also had a great time seeing the sheep and donkey, and some kitties that visited our porch. Kara made us feel welcome and made it easy to find the place and get checked in. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to the Hico area again!

- Guest Portal Access will also be emailed to provide details for your stay.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $150 cancellation fee. ***However, if you book a reservation that begins within 24 hours of the booking time, it is non-refundable.

- Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.
- We recommend travel insurance if you think your plans will change.

- If you book, you agree to all the house rules noted in the guest book.

- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. If damage insurance is purchased, there will be no damage fee and the property manager will submit a request for coverage under the insurance (instead of charging your credit card.) We recommend damage insurance.
- For Direct/Website Bookings: You must contact VYW by calling 888-796-8792 to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel on the website. We do not refund because you didn’t call or email INFO@VacationYourWay.co with this request.

Travel Protection

Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment.
Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. Vacation Rental Damage Protection
As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. If purchased, the Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damage that exceeds $1,500 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
Vacation Rental Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Certain terms and conditions apply. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay directly Vacation Your Way any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan.
