by JanetThis cabin is as advertised and is in a great location for visiting Hico. All of the tourist things are just 2 – 3 miles away. Host was excellent at communcation and went above and beyond making us feel welcome with flowers in the cabin, a special treat in the refrigerator, allowing us to pick/eat peaches from her tree, and letting our girls help to feed the farm animals.
We worked hard to describe the wonderful Tiny Town accommodations well for guests to feel comfortable. We are so glad your expectations were met 🙂 please come again soon! We look forward to seeing you!

by PeggyTiny Town isn't so tiny! The spaces are touted as tiny homes, but the homes are spacious despite their titles. Creature comforts is well planned as are the decorations, the living spaces and the use of every square inch. The craftsmanship was excellent in our little cabin and we were extremely impressed by the amenities. Freezing temperatures brought some challenges which were met quickly and head – on by Kara. Kara can improvise quickly and was checking in on us regularly with the freezing temperatures during our stay. We hadn't planned on cooking, however, we did and found everything that we needed.

Don't Miss This Gem: Hico Retreat with Animals & Charm!
by MichelleAmazing location that feels in the middle of nowhere yet is only minutes from downtown Hico. The cabin and grounds were immaculately kept, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The chickens, sheep, donkeys and cattle on the grounds were a welcome respite. It was also a joy to drink coffee in the morning on the steps with friendly and happy cats. Stay here!! You won’t be disappointed!

Kara's a Gem! Comfy Beds, Animals, & Problem-Solving Host
by ElsieTerrific visit with a Grandkid. Loved the location, comfortable beds, farm animals and farm cats. We stayed in two accommodations: the Tiny Home #6 and Cabin #2. Tiny Home #6 was fun and had a very nice shower. We switched to the Cabin when I discovered that I had inadvertently booked an accommodation without WiFi, which I needed for a bit of office work. Our host quickly worked to switch us, saving our vacation. Cabin #2 is very, very rustic but was clean and had very comfy beds . And WIFI!. Really good host.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $150 cancellation fee. ***However, if you book a reservation that begins within 24 hours of the booking time, it is non-refundable.

- OTHER STATES PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY.
- Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.
- We recommend travel insurance if you think your plans will change.

- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. If damage insurance is purchased, there will be no damage fee and the property manager will submit a request for coverage under the insurance (instead of charging your credit card.) Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment.
Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. The plan cost includes the travel insurance premium and assistance services fee. Travel insurance coverages are underwritten by: Generali U.S. Branch, New York, NY; NAIC # 11231. Vacation Rental Damage Protection
As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. If purchased, the Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damage that exceeds $1,500 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
Vacation Rental Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Certain terms and conditions apply. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay directly Vacation Your Way any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan.
