Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties.

-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area (clean up after your pet/service animal)
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area

Home Away From Home: Clean, Spacious, and Perfect Location!
by AngelThis house was great very clean with a beautiful kitchen and patio as well as VERY spacious with easy access! We enjoyed our stay and Kara was very generous and responsive. I love how towels,face towels, shower rug,soap, toothpaste and washer&dryer access was included in our stay as if we were in a hotel but in a home setting! This was great to experience and we were near a lot of restaurants and 25 mins from Legacy Hall?neighborhood is also very quiet too with friendly neighbors Thanks again Kara!
