Waking Up to Horses & Donkeys—A Perfect Family Farm Stay!
by Don LThis was a great trip for the family. The farm house was a little bigger than we needed for 4 people, but it is on the edge of the property so we were in our own world. The owners let the animals into the pen close to the house, so we woke up to a horse and donkey right outside our window for breakfast. We did bring our dog on the trip, and there were no issues. Thank you for a great, short spring break trip.

Exceptional Host & Picture-Perfect Farmhouse – 5-Star Stay!

It’s obvious they were very hard and remodeling it. It’s so cool that it has laundry. Beds are incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this for a fantastic stay in Hico Texas!! Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $150 cancellation fee. ***However, if you book a reservation that begins within 24 hours of the booking time, it is non-refundable.

- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. If damage insurance is purchased, there will be no damage fee and the property manager will submit a request for coverage under the insurance (instead of charging your credit card.) We recommend damage insurance.
- For Direct/Website Bookings: You must contact VYW by calling 888-796-8792 to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel on the website. We do not refund because you didn’t call or email INFO@VacationYourWay.co with this request.

Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment.
Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. Vacation Rental Damage Protection
As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. If purchased, the Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damage that exceeds $1,500 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
Vacation Rental Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Certain terms and conditions apply. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay directly Vacation Your Way any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan.
