Rental Rate Structure/Policy
Base rental rate is calculated for 1 person, 0 pets, per night

All guests, including adults and children, and any pets must be accurately submitted at the time of booking to reflect the correct nightly rate
Failure to submit accurate guest counts and pet information will result in rate adjustments
Additional Guest Fees (added to base nightly rate):
Additional adults: $10 per person, per night
Florida Rental Homes and Garland, TX Rental Home: $15 per person, per night
Additional children: $5 per person, per night

Pet Fees:
Reservations of 1 - 7 nights: $75 per pet, per stay

Additional guest fees are standard practice in the short-term rental industry and reflect the proportional costs associated with increased utility usage, property wear and tear, and the overall maintenance required to maintain a quality experience for all guests.
Occupancy & Visitor Policy
Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are permitted on the property during the rental period
Visitors are not permitted without prior express written permission from the host, Kara
This policy is enforced in compliance with the city rental permit, property insurance requirements, and business policy
Conduct & Noise Policy
No parties of any kind are permitted on the property
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM, both indoors and outdoors
Noise complaints from neighbors or a police response may result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund
Policy Violation & Resolution
All policies stated above are aligned with Airbnb and VRBO platform policies
Any violation of these policies will follow the respective OTA's (Online Travel Agency) resolution process when addressing policy violations

This ensures a fair and standardized resolution process for both guests and the host
Guests booking through Airbnb or VRBO are subject to each platform's terms of service in addition to the host's stated policies

Please note that approximately 15% of the advertised nightly rate is retained by Airbnb/VRBO and or other Online Booking companies as its platform service fee. The host receives the advertised rate minus this commission. That is why exact rates are not always available until you check out.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
  • If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $150 cancellation fee. ***However, if you book a reservation that begins within 24 hours of the booking time, it is non-refundable.
  • FLORIDA PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY
  • OTHER STATES PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY.
  • Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.

  • VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. If damage insurance is purchased, there will be no damage fee and the property manager will submit a request for coverage under the insurance (instead of charging your credit card.) The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events.
