This is Tiny Home 5: Mockingbyrd has 1 Queen, 2 Twin top bunks,/ 1 bath.
Whether you're an avid kayaker or a fishing enthusiast, this is the perfect place to indulge in your favorite lake activities. Bring your kayak and glide across the calm waters, or cast a line and relax by the lake’s edge as you soak in the natural beauty surrounding you.
Explore the historic town of Eastland, just minutes away, where you can browse cool shops, taste beer at a local brewery, or delve into the history of the magical, immortal Old Rip, Horned Toad.
Come and enjoy a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. What an experience to walk around and see the lake, relax in a hammock or enjoy the community fire pit! Vacation Your Way created Tiny Town to provide quick get-a-ways (estimated 1.5 hour drive) from DFW and other big cities around Texas so y’all can enjoy the ranch life at our unique vacation rentals.
TINY HOME:
Bedroom Area (1st floor): Queen Bed with 2-twins on top of L-shaped Bunk bed, linens provided
Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink, towels provided (flush only TP/septic)
Sitting area/office area: Red Convertible chair to twin bed; small desk area.
Kitchenette: Long Bar table with bar stools,
Sink, a dual cooktop, microwave, toaster, large fridge/freezer, keurig and K-cups, complimentary water bottles, Tea bags, creamers and sugars, as well as kitchen utensils and cookware.

OPPORTUNITY for GROUP STAYS:
We are set up for a wonderful group stay where each family could rent their own tiny home staying together at Tiny Town with a private tiny home for each family. Gather at the fire pit together or lake for fishing!
At the front of our property is our RV Park, so bring your RV friends to enjoy our great hook-ups and RV amenities. Call your host to add an RV spot!

You may want to bring a flashlight if you arrive in the evening. (Umbrella will help when it’s raining) It may be a muddy walk due to weather.
This is Texas - please be careful about natural animals (Snakes, Bugs, Scorpions...etc are around).

AC was adequate to keep cool from the heat. The terrain is a a little rough, as described by the host, but the view is worth the trip to the lake side. All in all, this place was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of technology and the city.

Kara's a Great Host! Loved the Tiny Home & Lake Getaway
by ChristianFirst—I’ve stayed at a few of Kara’s properties. All are lovely and great experiences. But the best is Kara—quick to communicate and respond to questions. Always has great ideas to share about the areas she hosts! This new tiny home —Mockingbyrd at Lake Eastland is really special. So calm and quiet. The lake is beautiful and I caught a huge bass—so wonderful for fishing!! The tiny home has a cool triple bed!! Two twins on top and 1 full on the bottom. Really unique and perfect for a small family. I think only kids on top—there were weight limits. Downtown Eastland was really sweet!! Cute shops and just a great escape from Dallas! I highly recommend this lake experience.

The view of the lake was beautiful. Kara was very responsive and accommodating. The tiny home had everything we needed and was such an adorable setup.
