None of this reduces my star rating for this place because it was super clean inside and near the pool, beautiful fish tank, and the pool was just right not too deep or long for my children.

My wife and son really enjoyed the added touch of the fish tank and tracking what the starfish was doing. The pool was great and we were all able to enjoy it. Neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Everything we could want from shopping to dining was within a ten minute drive. Thank you Kara for letting us stay at your place!

Family Fun by the Lake: Fish Tank, Pool, and Park Paradise!
by KatherineProperty has a nice location, and the large fish aquarium is wonderful if you have small children. The property still needs a little updating and was missing some basic amenities, but the bedrooms and pool fit our family's needs well. There is also a wonderful walking path around a large lake and a huge park only about a 5 mins drive away with sand volleyball, fishing piers, picnic areas, kayaks, and many other things. The neighborhood seemed very safe and friendly.

Rental Agreements and Guest Portal Access

- Guest Portal Access will also be emailed to provide details for your stay.
- Please check your spam (From INFO@VacationYourWay.co) and sign within 24 hours of confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $75 cancellation fee. However, if you book a reservation that begins within 13 days of the check-in date, it is non-refundable.
- If cancellation is 30+ days prior to your arrival date, you will be given a full refund minus the $75 cancellation fee.
- If cancellation is 14 or more days prior to your arrival day, we will refund 50% of the reservation total.
- If cancellation is 13 or less days prior to your arrival day, there is no refund.
- Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.
- We recommend travel insurance if you think your plans will change.

- You agree to the cancellation policy.
- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. If damage insurance is purchased, there will be no damage fee and the property manager will submit a request for coverage under the insurance instead of charging your credit card. We recommend damage insurance.
- For Direct/Website Bookings: You must contact VYW by calling 888-796-8792 to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel on the website. We do not refund because you didn’t call or email INFO@VacationYourWay.co with this request.

Travel Protection
Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment.
Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. Vacation Rental Damage Protection
As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. If purchased, the Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damage that exceeds $1,500 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
