Excellent for Executive Retreats and trainings (parking for 8 cars). People enjoy gathering in the living room and using the large TV for presentations. We have plenty of outdoor seating at 2 outdoor tables plus extra chairs and folding tables in the airplane hanger.
(Max 8 cars- no parking on grass or street)
Wifi is good
Lovely for big family staying together-to attend DFW area family reunion, weddings, and funerals. (We do not allow this home for parties or large gatherings/events)
Amazing, Incredible 5BR plus Loft /4BA contemporary farmhouse in Plano, TX. Enough room for 14 guests with a master suite and kitchenette on each of the three floors!
Note: Home is on a septic. TP provided is septic safe TP. Do not put sanitary napkins or wipes down the toilet please.
Ok- this amazing 3-level home is like a dream mini-mansion.
Come and stay and feel like a movie star!
There are 3 - yes - 3 KING Suites (each with their own bathroom!) on each floor
(1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor)
The 3rd floor suite has it's own kitchenette too!The first floor has it's own sitting area!
Then there is a long wing on the 2nd floor of QUEEN beds!
2-queens are in their own bedroom and 2 queens are in a loft area with a big TV!
LAYOUT
First Floor:
HUGE living room, kitchenette (one side of the mansion) and bedroom 1 = 1 KING suite (King bed, bathroom, sitting area)-the other side of the mansion!
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 = King Suite with HUGE shower/bathroom!
Wing with Bedroom 3 = queen bed; bedroom 4 = queen bed and (bed area) Loft/TV area with 2 queens.
Also on 2nd floor = huge kitchen, dining room table and sitting area -goes out to a 2nd level patio/balcony - with spiral staircase down to outdoor game, picnic, jacuzzi area! (SO COOL!!)
ok- now we are at
3rd Floor- a special suite - KING (Bedroom 5)- suite with balcony (looking over jacuzzi backyard), kitchenette and lovely bathroom! A nice private - (romantic!!) suite!! (Eagle's nest!!)
Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. No Pets.

-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area

Kara's Place: Responsive Host & Easy Access to Everything DFW
by JarvisHad some buddies come in for a golf weekend and Kara’s place had everything we needed. It was very spacious and everyone had their own area to stretch out in. It was convenient to the highway which made getting to golf or restaurants super easy no matter where we went in the metroplex. Kara was very proactive with the communication and super responsive. Check in and check out were a breeze and she made us feel right at home. Definitely one to try out if you are coming to the DFW area with a larger group.

Kara's Paradise: Perfect Place to Stay & Play!

The location was quiet and parking was ample enough to accommodate our large group. While very private it was also close enough to amenities to be convenient as well. Will def be back in the future!
Master Suite Dreams & Garage Feasts: Our Unforgettable Stay
by MinWonderful home. Mastersuites on each floor is great. Loft area with queen beds is open so better for kids. Sleeps 14 but only dines 6 but there were folding chairs and tables in the garage. Great location with stores and restaurants within a 1 mile radius.
