Host Went Above & Beyond! Clean Space, Fixed AC Quickly
by NatalieWe were very worried about staying in Dallas, but this little suite worked out great. Everything was cleanly put together and looked just like the photos. Host was very reassurring about everything and very helpful and responsive. Had an issue with the AC the first night and host had it fixed while we were away at a concert. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

by MattI stayed in Fort Worth for a few days to see an old friend, and also TEXAS for the first time. I couldn't have chosen a better spot. I rented off – season so the pool was closed but the outside common area is very nice, so this makes for a great summer stay. The bed was a really comfortable King, and the kitchenette has all of the amenities one would need; coffee, microwave, fridge, etc. Communication with the host was perfect; she was only interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. easily 5/5

Only complaints are the shower door was broken making it difficult to close and the toilet clogged out of the blue without us flushing anything besides TP (so consciously use small amounts if you stay here). Host was great at communicating and was available if we needed anything

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $75 cancellation fee. However, if you book a reservation that begins within 13 days of the check-in date, it is non-refundable.
- If cancellation is 30+ days prior to your arrival date, you will be given a full refund minus the $75 cancellation fee.
- If cancellation is 14 or more days prior to your arrival day, we will refund 50% of the reservation total.
- If cancellation is 13 or less days prior to your arrival day, there is no refund.
- Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.
- We recommend travel insurance if you think your plans will change.

- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. If damage insurance is purchased, there will be no damage fee and the property manager will submit a request for coverage under the insurance instead of charging your credit card. We recommend damage insurance.
- For Direct/Website Bookings: You must contact VYW by calling 888-796-8792 to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel on the website. We do not refund because you didn’t call or email INFO@VacationYourWay.co with this request.

Travel Protection
Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment.
Outstanding reservation costs are not eligible for reimbursement at the time of cancellation and the cost of the Plan is not eligible for a full refund outside of the Plan’s free look period. Vacation Rental Damage Protection
As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Any damage that exceeds $1,500 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
