Great place to pick if you have kids. I only get an extra day on top of the initial reservation if my kiddos like the place. Requested another day and host was very quick on response. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is family & dog friendly and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. The pool and the ping pong table were huge hits with the kids. Stayed here for a family birthday and it was a winner! We had arcade competitions, pool parties, and even taught Grandma how to play Ping-Pong ? The home is clean, modern, and close to all the action. Highly recommend!

Who knew a race weekend could be so relaxing? The pool was our favorite hangout, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the arcade. Ping-pong tournaments became serious business! Loved how spacious and clean everything was.

The place was sparkling clean and WAY bigger than expected. Our group never felt cramped. We ended up making a whole ping-pong tournament bracket! ? A+ experience.

Every room was spotless, and there was so much space to hang out or sneak away for quiet time. The kids (and, let’s be honest, the adults too) were obsessed with the arcade. Plus, the location made getting to NASCAR events a breeze. Will book again!

This house had everything we needed and more! The kids disappeared into the arcade and ping-pong room, while the adults relaxed by the sparkling pool. It was spacious, clean, and only a few minutes from the NASCAR track. We even had a mini tournament night—highly recommend for families or friend groups!

This home is a total blast! The kids (and adults) went nuts over the arcade setup. Ping-pong championships were daily, and the location was ideal for race day. 10/10, would book again!

There were a few hiccups that happened at the beginning of our stay but after I talked to Kara she had them fixed right way and there was no problem after that. A previous guest had misplaced or lost some controllers so she ordered more and they arrived asap. The AC was having some trouble so she had a guy out that day to work on and fix it. There was a few things the previous guest had broken and we let her know when we checked in and she had someone out 1st thing to fix them. The pool was well maintained and the house was lovely. We got to see several rabbits that my grandson loved and we weren’t far from anything so it was short trips to anything we wanted to do. All in all a very pleasant experience!

My family and I were in town to visit a sick relative, and needed a place that could keep my 2 boys happy and that was also near enough to I-35 for our daily family visit. This home met our needs. The main amenities are the swimming pool and the ping pong table. Plus the beds are super comfortable, and the small pool helped us all beat the heat. Kara was very communicative and let us check in a bit early, which was a huge help. Also the layout of the house allows for guests to spread out and not be right on top of each other.

We spent 3 days at this beautiful and well located home. Had everything needed even a ping pong table and arcade machine. wonderful surroundings with sounds of nature and swimming pool to enjoy. Close to markets, burger joints and gas stations. Thank you so much Kara once again!!!

We stayed here for a month while our house was being repaired from water damage. Felt like being in the country, yet close enough to kids' schools that they could walk. Lots of cabinet space and nice island sitting area. Beds were veeeery comfortable. Kids enjoyed the cowboy pool and patio... which was a nice place to watch the eclipse! Neighbors are very nice and let the kids look at their chickens. Owners went above and beyond. Husband is out of town for work a lot. Child called from nurse's office at school...and our suburban wouldn't start. They came and gave it a jump and got us going...even put the cables in the back, in case we had problems again that day! Thanks Chris and Kara! Hope we meet again.

The house is very spacious and accommodating. The host was quick to respond to issues. We didn’t know at booking that the adjoining studio suite controls the living room and kitchen area heat and air. We had to close the ceiling vents from that area as the ac was on all of the time. (40 degree nights). We had to turn up the temperature on the other side of the house to compensate. Probably not a problem when warmer outside or in summer. The dogs next door barked at night at times, on one day the dogs were loose and one ran up on me, the dog’s owner was quite dismissive when I told him about the situation, which was quite disturbing. Although this is not the host’s fault, it really bothered me throughout the stay. All in all it was a good place, my kids were comfortable. A quiet place. Too bad it was not pool season.

The place was nice!! It's worth more than what we paid for. Quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants nearby. My friends and I really enjoyed the place. It felt like home and the host was quick when it comes to answering any questions we got as well. I definitely recommend this place for anybody that's looking for a place to just unwind or to spend some time with your friends and families.

This Airbnb was just what we needed. Kara was excellent in resending to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend and absolutely stay again if we return to the area.

Didn’t get to stay at the property and had to cancel last minute. Kara went to bat for me and got me a full refund.. Someone who would do that for a stranger is good in my book.

House was great! We enjoyed a nice relaxing moms weekend; cooked at the house, ordered some take out, binged watched the newest season of our favorite show on Netflix and relaxed in the pool!

One of my best stays at an AirBNB. The property was just as described, had to message Kara about a few missing cleaning supplies and the pool being dirty and she had it all taken care of within the same day. Unfortunately during our stay the pool ladder broke so the pool was shut down until further notice due to safety concerns but Kara made sure to get it fixed as soon as possible and it was fixed within 24 hours. 5 – star host + stay! Would book again without a doubt.

Kara is a wonderful host! We rented out the main house and the studio and both spaces were incredibly clean, spacious, and cozy. The only issue we had was the pool stairs in the online pictures had been replaced with a ladder. For us this was a big deal and one of the primary reasons for choosing this rental. The adults in the family require stairs. However, Kara did everything in her power to make things work. She responded immediately to texts and worked to make things right. The home is beautiful and SO clean, it was so nice to just sit back and relax!

It was nice to be able to have our own space when visiting family so they can come to us and not have to drag the kids all across town to see everyone. Had some issues with ac/heat but every time it was communicated we were always met with immediate help and communication as well. 🙂 was a great stay!

A friend and I rented this unit for our wives on Mother's Day weekend. It could not have gone any better. The location was absolutely perfect, the pool was great, there was plenty of privacy, and communication with the host was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay, no complaints!

The stay is great depending on what you are planning on doing since there is nothing directly around it. It was very clean and comfortable and Kara was a terrific host making sure we checked in okay and even adjusting the time for a fee. We were not able to enjoy the TV at all and I only assume it was because of the WiFi but other than that the stay was comfy and clean inside and out.

Was a last minute decision to get away for the weekend. When leaving Louisiana on the road toward Fort Worth I needed to find us a place to lay our heads, and boy did I luck up!! First one on my search list was this house, and it was perfect for what we wanted! Out of the way but not to far and she booked us last minute!! Check in was easy, house was clean and comfy! Communication was great and check out list was short and sweet!

Very clean and comfortable. Great communication and quick responses. The house had a broken thermostat that caused a bit of a heating issue, but the homeowner was quick to address it and get it repaired. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great location. Place is clean and smells good. If needed, tons of stores and restaurants in the area. I was there for a conference so didn't spend much time in the house but walked around for a bit and it has a very nice layout. 4 total beds so plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend.

We spent 4 nights during the Fort Worth Livestock show and it was so nice to have a house with space versus a hotel. Kara was a great host. Any problems that arose, she was right there to take care of it. The communication was awesome! We will definitely be staying at her rentals when we go back.

Kara is a wonderful host, she is very quick to respond and is also very helpful with any questions/concerns you may have. The one issue that my friends and I had overall was the cleanliness of the floors throughout (our feet were black walking barefoot), the main bath tub was dark colored (most likely from age), also a few strands of hair in the main bathroom sink. Other then some minor cleanliness problems the home was wonderful! The pool was an added bonus.

Kara was so communicative and amazing! We scheduled the trip right around the texas freeze, and she helped us out immensely to make our trip work!

Nice house, lots of room, clean, and cozy. 5 stars definitely earned. One day, the heater quit. But these are things that just happen that no one has control over. However, Kara responded to my message in just a few minutes and booked a technician. She even sent over a space heater in the meantime before the technicians could arrive. Heater was fixed and all was well. I think its rare to have a host who is as on – point as Kara. Overall, the house was very comfy and it was a joy to stay here.

This home is perfect. The pool was a nice area for the family to relax and gather around. And everything was so clean. There was extra linen and plenty of kitchen ware for the amount of people we had there. The place was very lovely and spacious.

The house is a great size, and furnished very nicely. The kitchen includes everything you could possibly need, and some extra items thrown in. My kids enjoyed the pool, and the game system in the twin bedroom. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this house if you need somewhere to stay. We live local, and the location was perfect for us. Its a very convenient location if you aren't local as well. Plus many restaurants will deliver, which is something we don't have where we actually live. Grocery stores are close too.

Had a wonderful stay. The home was spacious and worked great for us and our 3 boys. They had everything we needed for our stay, Keurig for coffee and everything we needed to cook. They pool was the perfect way to cool down after running around during they day.The house was also very spacious and allowed every one their own space after being stuck in the car after a couple of little road trips.
