This place was more stylish than a rodeo queen's hat and cozier than a longhorn in a blanket. We absolutely loved the mod vibes and being so close to the Stockyards. 

Perfect spot after a night of two-stepping and BBQ overload. The place was spotless, smelled amazing, and had cool cowboy-modern style. Even my picky brother said, “Dang, this place is cool.

We started every day sipping coffee on the funky patio — it’s peaceful, private, and just right. Great base for exploring Fort Worth and snapping photos. Clean, comfy, and way cooler than a hotel.

It was a nice and beautiful cozy get away house. close to everything we needed and where we were going to visit. Definitely will be coming back and staying there again!

This mod home is a whole vibe! Loved the bold decor and cozy touches. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The host thought of it all, even the little welcome goodies. 10/10, would boot-scoot back anytime.

Kara is by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered through Air BNB in Saginaw/Dallas/Fort Worth area! Everything was as pictured and listed! If I ever had any other questions or concerns, Kara was proactive & quick to respond! I’ve never in my life seen anyone have a booklet/binder with everything you need to know about settling in and checking out, things to do and not do, and reminders. And even recommended places to go sightseeing/restaurants nearby? WOW, Honestly amazed. 10/10 highly recommend. *Mic drop*

Great place and exactly what we needed! Easily accessible. Plenty of amenities. Firm, but comfy beds. There was even a few board games that we utilized. Nice and peaceful backyard perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness along with the property being in a quiet, but friendly neighborhood. Lots of seating in the living area, lots if storage areas and a great kitchen/dining area as part of an open floor plan. Host was friendly and prepared.

Really enjoyed the weekend

House was just like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to come together or have some peace and quiet. Backyard was nice and spacious. Kids immediately headed out the back door. Neighborhood was very quiet. Walking distance to a beautiful park. Kara was extremely quick to respond. I’m used to waiting at least an hour to hear back from my hosts, but Kara responded within minutes. And whatever I needed was taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kara was so accommodating! I was in town for a funeral which was also during an ice storm. She was so very helpful and responded so quickly to any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again and would love to be here during warm weather to try out the fire pit in the backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 4 nights for the Fort Worth Stock Show and this was probably the best place to stay. It felt like we were at home. The neighborhood was clean and safe and it wasn’t very far from the stockyards or the barns. We will definitely be staying there next year and I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Kara's airbnb. Everything was just as shown in the listing. Super clean, lots of room. Really quiet and safe neighborhood. We never took advantage of the backyard but there was a nice back patio area. All the appliances were very modern, top quality. The kitchen had very nice cookware and dishes (if you plan on cooking). Super easy checking in and checking out. We always use airbnb and have stayed at many places. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this air bnb. Awesome house layout for our two small children who each were able to sleep in their own room so no one was waking each other up 😉 this air bnb had THE BEST stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen…and we use air bnb frequently. Everything we could have needed as far as kitchen utensils and gadgets go, was provided. I also have to brag on the host. When we first arrived late at night , there was a problem with the AC not functioning the way it was supposed to. She sent over box fans to keep us cool until the repairman could come. The problem was resolved as quickly as possible and the host was quick to check in with me to make sure we were comfortable. The AC was working wonderfully the rest of our stay and it was really impressive to see an air bnb host respond and resolve a house issue in such an intentional way. Honestly, we want to come back and stay here everytime we’re in DFW! Also, the place is in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. We loved being so close to everything and yet still in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
