What a wonderful place to stay!
by Kevin VWhat a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen, dining room table had seating for 8 and wonderful reclining seats in the living room. It really was like home away from home. If you have children there is a very spacious back yard for them to play. Grocery store is a short distance from home. Close to Hampstead, Exeter, Plaistow and Salem. This will always be our first choice when visiting New England.

We are so proud of the 5 star review you gave us – thank you for acknowledging the hard work we put into each and every reservation. We pride ourselves on clean, sanitized tiny homes and houses. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath Kingston NH, Florida and Texas: Fort Worth and Saginaw homes are spacious and have incredible beds! Our Fort Worth studio is modern with a great kitchenette! We have worked hard to give unique experiences at our Tiny Towns (Lake Eastland= quiet relaxing lake & GSD Ranch= animals – longhorn, donkey, mini – horse. And sheep!) All properties give you a great night’s sleep and are designed to be much better than just a simple hotel room! Thank you for staying with us! We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a reservation made on our direct booking website, www.vacationyourway.co, please call 888-796-8792 (you cannot cancel on the website) or email your request to INFO@VacationYourWay.co.
- If you call within 24 hours of making the reservation, it is fully refundable with a $150 cancellation fee. ***However, if you book a reservation that begins within 24 hours of the booking time, it is non-refundable.
- FLORIDA PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY
- OTHER STATES PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY.
- Booking this reservation constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy and all terms and conditions noted below.
- We recommend travel insurance if you think your plans will change.

- VYW holds the right to charge the credit card on file $100 non-refundable damage fee and up to $1,500 for any damages incurred. - For Direct/Website Bookings: You must contact VYW by calling 888-796-8792 to request a cancellation. You cannot cancel on the website. We do not refund because you didn’t call or email INFO@VacationYourWay.co with this request.

Travel protection has been made available with your reservation. The Plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events. As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Any damage that exceeds $1,500 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file.
