Nice house, lots of room, clean, and cozy. 5 stars definitely earned. One day, the heater quit. But these are things that just happen that no one has control over. However, Kara responded to my message in just a few minutes and booked a technician. She even sent over a space heater in the meantime before the technicians could arrive. Heater was fixed and all was well. I think its rare to have a host who is as on-point as Kara. Overall, the house was very comfy and it was a joy to stay here.
