Brian Ireland is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate expert with a proven track record of success spanning nearly three decades. Since founding his National Fire Alarm & Security company in 1995, Brian has built a stellar reputation serving some of the largest multi-family management groups in the United States.
A passionate real estate investor since 2003, Brian began his journey with a commercial property for his company and single-family long-term rentals. Since 2015, she has honed her expertise, transitioning from long-term rentals to short-term rentals during the pandemic. This strategic shift led to the creation of Tiny Town @ GSD Ranch and Tiny Town @ Lake Eastland, an experience of vacation tiny home rentals on a working ranch (with farm animal petting zoo) or on a lake (fishing, kayaking..etc). Guided by her father’s early tutelage in advanced mathematics, Kara mastered Trust Accounting and developed a deep understanding of market analytics.
Today, Kara is a sought-after expert in the short-term rental (STR) industry, providing clients with data-driven insights, precise ADR (Average Daily Rate) analysis, occupancy rate optimization, and cutting-edge AI pricing strategies to maximize revenue. Jeff Boscaino is the Co-Founder and President of Accruity, where he helps real estate investors and business owners build financial infrastructure that drives growth, transparency, and long-term value. With a career spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship, Jeff brings deep expertise in financial reporting, tax strategy, and back-office optimization.
