Super clean and modern living space, could easily accommodate a small family. Comfortable couch with great natural lighting. Property is a working ranch with an easy, short walk to the units and spaced out nicely to permit quiet and privacy. Hico is small but growing with a bunch of shops, still ol’ town feel. Really cool atmosphere with restaurants or grocery in case you are cooking for yourselves. Wonderful, gem of a place — can’t miss!
Nice house, lots of room, clean, and cozy. 5 stars definitely earned. One day, the heater quit. But these are things that just happen that no one has control over. However, Kara responded to my message in just a few minutes and booked a technician. She even sent over a space heater in the meantime before the technicians could arrive. Heater was fixed and all was well. I think its rare to have a host who is as on-point as Kara. Overall, the house was very comfy and it was a joy to stay here.
This is an amazing value! Beautiful, fun retro home with everything shiny clean! Great amenities in bathrooms and beautiful patio/pool. The location was perfect access to all over Fort Worth! Downtown Keller has some great eateries! Kroger’s was down the street! I look forward to returning on my next trip to TX!! Thank you Kara—you are an excellent host!
Kara is a very responsive and accommodating host. Noteworthy about the house are the spacious bedrooms and the extremely comfortable king bed. Everything was very clean.
We had business and pleasure plans all over the DFW area toward Fort Worth and Dallas so the property location was perfect to go either direction in the metroplex. The house is a split bedroom arrangement with the kitchen and living room in the center which suited our needs perfectly. Kara was very responsive to to any questions and just an overall pleasure to deal with.
Kara was great. She was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. She also made sure that we got checked in properly although it was late at night. She was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the things mentioned to her. Will definitely stay again.
